This is the same process for the host. To start the call, the host needs to click the green button at the top right-hand side of your screen.
To leave the video call, you have the option to just leave the call or to leave the space entirely.
Leaving the Call
Users have the capability to leave a call while staying in a Space. To do this while on the whiteboard, select the phone icon that can be found at the bottom right corner of the participant boxes.
The host will have the option to just leave the call themselves, or end the call for all participants. The other participants will only have the option to leave the call.
When you leave a call, you will stay in the Space. You will still be able to see everything that was written, drawn, or pasted onto the whiteboard. Participants are able to rejoin the call up until the host ends the call for everyone.
If you are in gallery view, the same process applies, however, the button to leave the call is now on the bottom right corner of your screen.
