1. Using the Move Canvas Tool

If you’re looking to move around the whiteboard canvas, click the multi-arrow button on the left-hand side of the whiteboard toolbar and click and drag anywhere on the whiteboard.

Additionally, you can scroll up, down, left, and right in a Space on a trackpad by using two-finger swipes. If you are using a mouse, you can scroll up and down in a Space using the scroll wheel.

When the "Move Canvas" tool is active, you will not be able to select or manipulate any objects on the whiteboard.

2. Zooming In and Out

To zoom in and out of the infinite whiteboard canvas, hold the CTRL/Command key on your keyboard and scroll up and down with your mouse or trackpad to zoom in and out.

If you are on a tablet or mobile device, simply pinch in and out with two fingers. You will also be able to pinch in and out on a trackpad.

To zoom in and out, you can also use the zoom buttons, which are located in the Navigator at the bottom right of your screen. Click on the Navigator, then use the "+" button to zoom in and the "-" button to zoom out.

3. Back to Center

Due to the fact that whiteboards in Spaces are unlimited, it's possible to get a little lost within your Space. With that in mind, you'll always be able to navigate back to the center of your Space with the "Back to Center" tool.

To use the "Back to Center" tool, click on the navigator, and then click the "Back to center" button.

4. Using the Select Tool

To select and manipulate items on the board, click the Cursor icon on the whiteboard toolbar. This tool gives you the ability to shrink, enlarge, rotate, and move objects on your Board.

Using the Select tool, you can select any objects on the whiteboard to move, resize, or rotate them. You can also select multiple objects in any area by clicking and dragging around the objects that you want to select.

When you select an individual object on the whiteboard canvas, you also reveal 7 additional functions, listed from left to right: Change Color, Change Thickness, Bright to Front, Bring to Back, Copy, Delete, and Lock.

To adjust the color or thickness of the selected object, click the corresponding tool and select your preferred color or thickness.

To place the selected object in front of any other overlapping objects, click the first "Bring to Front" icon. To bring the object behind other objects, click the second "Bring to Back" icon.

To copy the object, select the object and click the "Copy" button, or simply use the standard "CTRL/Command + C" and "CTRL/Command + V" shortcuts.

To delete any object(s), select the object and click the "Trash" icon or simply select the "Backspace/Delete" key on your keyboard. You can also use the Eraser Tool to delete any objects.

To lock an object and prevent it from being edited or moved, click the "Lock" icon. To unlock the object, select the object and click the "Lock" icon again.

5. Undo and Redo Functions

To Undo or Redo anything that you've done on the whiteboard canvas, you can simply click on the "Undo" and "Redo" buttons located on the left-hand side of the bottom toolbar.
