How to cancel events under a program?

You can cancel Program events on specific dates to account for holidays, school breaks, or schedule conflicts. Any events that fall within the selected dates will automatically be marked as canceled in the Schedule.

How to Cancel Program Events

  1. Go to Schedule β†’ Sites.

  2. Select the Site where the Program is located and click Explore.

  3. Find the Program and click Explore.

  4. Scroll down to the Cancellation section and click the + icon.

  5. Enter the date or date range for the cancellation.

  6. Click Create.
    ​

Events scheduled within the selected dates will now appear as canceled in the Schedule.

  • To edit or delete the cancellation, click the three-dot icon at the rightmost.
