How to view Cohort history?

The Audit History tracks important changes to a Cohort — such as when it was created, renamed, or when organizers and attendees were added or removed. It provides a clear record of activity for better visibility and accountability.

Each change appears as a time-stamped statement showing who made the update. Examples include:

  • “Alex created Cohort”

  • “Jordan changed Name to Marketing 101”

  • “Casey added Taylor as organizer”

  • “Sam removed Lee and Ana from attendees”

Where can I find it?

Note: Cohort changes made before October 2025 will not appear in history.

  1. Go to Schedule page → Site → choose your Program

  2. Select the Cohort you want to review.

  3. On the side panel, you will see the history log. Each entry is listed in order, starting with the most recent updates.
