How do I manage my plan?

Enterprise Plans

If you are on an Enterprise plan, please contact your account manager or reach-out to us at pencilspaces.com/support.

We'll be happy to discuss your plan with you and make any necessary changes.


Self-Serve Plans

Switch plans

We do not support switching plan via self-serve. If you'd like to change plans, please get in touch with us and we'd be glad to assist you.

Cancel your plan

Sorry to see you go. If you’re open to it, we’d really value your feedback on what didn’t work and how we could improve. Please reach out at pencilspaces.com/support and we’ll follow up promptly.

If you do choose to leave, you can cancel your subscription directly from Pencil Spaces. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll continue to have full access until that date.

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Profile > Settings.

  2. Open the Plans & Billing section.

  3. Click Manage to open your subscription portal.

  4. Select your Active Plan.

  5. Click Cancel Subscription.

  6. If you can, please add a cancellation reason - we'd love to hear why you're cancelling. Or you can go ahead and click 'Confirm Cancellation'

  7. All done! You'll be downgraded back to our free plan at the end of your billing cycle. If you're on a usage-based plan, any usage charges accrued during that month will be charged to your account as a final invoice at the end of your billing period.
