How do I manage my plan?

If you're on an Enterprise plan, please contact your account manager or reach out via pencilspaces.com/support. We’ll help review your setup and make any necessary changes.​


Core Plans (Mini, Basic, Pro, and Advanced)

Switching Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. This is ideal if your usage changes month to month.

✏️Note:

Switching plans takes effect immediately.

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Open Plans & Billing

  3. Select the All Plans tab

  4. Choose a plan and click Change plan

  5. Complete the steps on the checkout modal.

What happens next:

  • Plan changes take effect immediately.

  • Prorated charges apply based on the time remaining in your billing cycle.

  • For usage-based plans, any overage is calculated and billed at the end of the cycle.

  • If you’ve exceeded your included credits, switching to a higher plan increases your credit limit, which can help cover excess usage and reduce or eliminate overage charges.


Canceling Your Plan

If you’re considering canceling, we’d appreciate your feedback. Feel free to reach out via pencilspaces.com/support.

✏️Note:

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  1. Go to Settings > Plans & Billing (same as above).

  2. On the Current Plan page, click Manage.

  3. Select your Active Plan.

  4. Click Cancel Subscription.

  5. (Optional) Add a cancellation reason, then click Confirm Cancellation

What happens next:

  • Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

  • You’ll keep full access until that date. Afterward, your account will revert to the Free plan.

  • For usage-based plans, any remaining charges will be billed at the end of the cycle
