  1. What is the “End Event” flow?

The “End Event” flow’s purpose is to automatically end the call and redirect users to a pre-configured feedback URL when the event's end time is reached.

  2. How to enable “End Event” flow?

    • To access Settings, click on the 3-dot icon on the top left corner of your window, next to Pencil Spaces and Home.

    • Choose Feedback from the Settings menu

    • Toggle-on “End Event” setting under Feedback

    • You will now have to specify redirection URLs for all participants and hosts.

    • Click on Update to save the settings.

  3. What happens when the “End Event” flow is enabled?

    • When you join a Space for a scheduled event, all the participants and hosts receive a notification that an event has started in the Space.

    • When there are 5 minutes or less remaining in the event, the hosts and participants will receive a notification reminding you that the event will end soon.

    • When the event's scheduled end time approaches, all hosts in the Space see an "Event Ending Soon" dialog with a 1-minute countdown timer. The event ends either when any host clicks the End Event Now button or when the 1-minute timer runs out.

    • Once the event ends, the ongoing call in the Space automatically disconnects. Hosts are redirected to the pre-configured feedback link for hosts, while participants are redirected to the feedback link for participants.

    • Hosts can also end the event at any time after it starts via the Participants Manager > Events > End Event.
