What is the “End Event” flow?
The “End Event” flow’s purpose is to automatically end the call and redirect users to a pre-configured feedback URL when the event's end time is reached.
How to enable “End Event” flow?
Click the three-dot icon → Settings
Open the Feedback section
Toggle on the "end-of-event actions" button
Specify the redirection URLs for participants and hosts
Click on Update to save the settings.
What happens when the “End Event” flow is enabled?
When you join a Space for a scheduled event, all the participants and hosts receive a notification that an event has started in the Space.
When there are 5 minutes or less remaining in the event, the hosts and participants will receive a notification reminding you that the event will end soon.
Once the event ends, the ongoing call in the Space automatically disconnects. Hosts are redirected to the pre-configured feedback link for hosts, while participants are redirected to the feedback link for participants.
