How do I enable the end session flow in Pencil Spaces?

What is the “End Event” flow?

The “End Event” flow’s purpose is to automatically end the call and redirect users to a pre-configured feedback URL when the event's end time is reached.

How to enable “End Event” flow?

  1. Click Settings.

    ​

  2. Open the Feedback section.

  3. Toggle on the "end-of-event actions" button.

  4. Specify the redirection URLs for participants and hosts.

  5. Click on Update to save the settings.

What happens when the “End Event” flow is enabled?

When you join a Space for a scheduled event, all the participants and hosts receive a notification that an event has started in the Space.


​When there are 5 minutes or less remaining in the event, the hosts and participants will receive a notification reminding you that the event will end soon.


​Once the event ends, the ongoing call in the Space automatically disconnects. Hosts are redirected to the pre-configured feedback link for hosts, while participants are redirected to the feedback link for participants.
