Accessing the setting
To access admin settings, click on the 3-dot icon on the top left corner of your window, next to Pencil Spaces and Home.
Choose Permissions from the Settings menu
Toggle-on the switch to Grant admins access to all the Spaces. Click on Update to save the setting.
Effects of the setting
Institution admins and site admins will have host permissions to the Spaces they should have admin roles in; i.e.
For Institution Admins, they will be able to see all the Spaces in their institution
For Institution Admins, even if they are not invited to these Spaces, they will be promoted to hosts automatically when they join the Space
Institution Admins will be able to perform all actions in a Space that requires host permissions. Actions like, viewing analytics, recordings, etc.
And for Site admins,
All spaces that belong to their administrated sites will be visible
Even if site admins are not invited to these Spaces, they will be promoted to hosts automatically when they join the Space
Site Admins will be able to perform all actions in Spaces under their administered sites that require host permissions. Actions like, viewing analytics, recordings, etc.
